| On 2 October 2017, The Department of West Virginia Marine Corps League donated a United States Marine Corps monument to the Donel C. Kinnard Memorial State Veterans Cemetery located at 130 Academy Drive, Dunbar, WV 25064. The Marine Corps monument was a collaborative effort from all 13 Marine Corps League Detachments in WV. This prestigious Marine monument was dedicated to honor the memory, service and sacrifice of all Marines laid to rest at the cemetery and to provide a lasting tribute for Marine families to cherish as they visit their loved ones. |
