The 2024 Department of West Virginia Fall Conference is scheduled for 14 September 2024, and is being being held in Princeton WV. The address is the VVA at 113 Straley Ave., Princeton, WV. The Department Staff Officers will meet at 0930 in the smaller meeting room, and the regular meeting will begin at 1000 in the larger meeting room. Coffee and donuts will be provided prior to the meetings, and a light lunch will be provided at the end of the meeting. There will also be a West Virginia Pack Growl after the meeting and lunch. The UOD will be red polo shirts, black trousers, and MCL covers and ALL members are invited and encouraged to attend. There will be a vote for the Winter Conference venue, so let your vote be heard. Please convey this information to your Detachments. Commandant Gill asked that you let Detachment Members know that all Members are welcome at every Department Conference and Convention. Their input is very important and much appreciated.
